如果孙某能吸取此事的教训,如他所承诺的那般“加强个人修养,提高个人素质”,人民应该是愿意原谅他的。

但在看过孙某对事情经过的叙述后——“……后来她就找了列车长,列车长一过来之后就完全向着她,我就有点不理解,所以就态度不太好,后来又叫来了乘警,经过商量,乘警说让我坐在那个位置上(女士的座位)”——我发现至少有两个问题还需要我们进一步思考。 对号入座是乘坐高铁等交通工具的基本规则,为什么有人会“理解不了”?对号入座既可保障购票乘客的应有权益,也有利于维护交通出行秩序。 乘客可以自行协调调换座位,不过必须征得对方同意。

“霸座式”耍赖不仅是与公共文明背道而驰,更是对规则章程的公然挑衅。

希望孙某现在已经理解这一点了,否则他道歉的诚意怕是要打折扣。

也希望所有乘车人都能理解这一点。

面对霸占别人座位还态度恶劣的乘客,高铁工作人员为何“妥协”了?先是列车长,后是乘警,谁都没能让“霸座”者站起来。

幸运的是,商务车厢还有空座,被占座的女士没有坚持要回自己的座位。

倘若列车上没有其它空座位,倘若当事人坚持不换,高铁工作人员又将如何选择?如果不是相关视频被发到网上引来全民批评,孙某会站出来道歉吗?今年3月,中国民航局发布的《关于在一定期限内适当限制特定严重失信人乘坐民用航空器推动社会信用体系建设的意见》中,将“强占座位、行李架”等扰乱客舱秩序的行为列入“失信黑名单”,公安机关将视情节严重程度,对其实施行政处罚或追究刑事责任。 虽然去年1月中国铁路总公司发布了《铁路旅客信用记录管理办法(试行)》,将“扰乱铁路站车运输秩序且危及铁路安全、造成严重社会不良影响”等七种失信行为纳入铁路旅客信用信息记录管理,但从现实操作来说,高铁“霸座”虽然涉嫌扰乱运输秩序,会造成社会不良影响,却并未危及铁路安全,很难将其列为失信行为。

希望铁总向民航局学习,给自己人撑撑腰,给乘客壮壮胆,让“霸座式”耍赖绝迹。
